How do you ship and what are the shipping charges?
Due to their very light weight, EarZings are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer standard First Class shipping for $2.99, Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for $6.99 and Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) for $22.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship via USPS First Class International to over 180 countries for $9.99 per retail order.
Where do you ship from?
EarZings ship from Milwaukee, WI, USA.
How quickly do you ship out an order?
We try to ship orders out the same day as the order is received, if possible, or by the next business day at the latest. We also will hand deliver Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express packages to the Post Office if it means the package will go out yet that same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
EarZings accepts all of the major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) as well as PayPal.
Do you collect sales tax?
EarZings collects sales tax for orders with a Wisconsin address.
Are there any stores in my area that sell EarZings?
EarZings are sold through select specialty stores, as well as on our website. To see if there is a retailer near you, please check our store locator.
Are EarZings a clip on or magnetic earring?
EarZings are NOT clip on earrings or magnet earrings. Instead, EarZings use a patented coil design for a decidedly different, painless pierce-free experience.
I can’t figure out how EarZings work?
Please watch our How to Wear video to learn more about the EarZings design and how to put them on by clicking on this link. We also have included written step-by-step instructions there as well. EarZings are easy to put on, but sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words!
Do they hurt or pinch like clip on earrings?
The remarkable thing about EarZings is that they do not hurt or pinch like clip on earrings or magnets either. If they do, they are on wrong! If you are wearing EarZings correctly, you should not feel them at all.
How well do they stay on?
EarZings stay on through surprisingly rigorous activities. Many girls wear them all day long at school, even through recess and PE class. Women wear them all day to work. EarZings have even been observed staying secure while in a bouncy house!
What are EarZings made of?
The EarZings coil, which is the portion that touches the earlobe, is plated carbon steel that does not contain any nickel, lead or cadmium. The decorative portion of EarZings is made of a combination of white metals: tin, antimony, copper and bismuth and is also free of nickel, lead and cadmium. All EarZings crystals are lead-free and the paint/epoxy used is also nickel, lead and cadmium free.
Where are EarZings manufactured?
The EarZings coil is manufactured in Rockford, IL. The decorative portion is cast, and the final product assembled and finished, in Providence, RI.
What age children can wear EarZings?
We recommend that EarZings be worn starting around age 5. Those age 2 – 4 usually have a very tiny earlobe and EarZings might be a just a bit too large. Also, age 5+ is recommended due to EarZings being a potential choking hazard for young children.
Can EarZings be worn by grown women also?
Yes! The same pair of EarZings can be worn by young girls, tweens, teens and grown women too. Virtually everyone can wear EarZings and we have designed specific styles to appeal to different age groups.
Do the Dangles come with a base pair of EarZings?
Dangles allow you to mix and match with different EarZings styles to create your own custom look. As a result, Dangles are an add-on product and do NOT come with a base pair of EarZings. EarZings must be ordered separately.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your EarZings! EarZings to be returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless product is defective or there was an error in order fulfillment. To return, please first contact us at info@earzings.com or by calling 414.704.9873. Next, ship product back to: EarZings, 2943 N. Lake Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53211. Don’t forget to let us know who you are or the order number in the return envelope. Order credit will be given within 7 days of receipt of returned product.
How long has EarZings been in business?
EarZings launched in 2013 and have since sold thousands of pairs of EarZings.

Yes! EarZings loves to sell wholesale and we currently have approximately 160 retailers nationally and internationally.
