We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your EarZings, simply send your item back within 30 days of the date of purchase in its new, unused condition and EarZings will be happy to provide either a full refund of the purchase price or a credit toward an exchange. Returned items should include all tags. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the product is defective or there is an error in fulfillment and EarZings is notified within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. Return credit and/or exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
STEP 1 Within 30 days of the date of purchase, request a return or exchange by contacting us at 414.704.9873 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return form will be promptly emailed to you.
STEP 2 Return your unused item, remembering to enclose the return or exchange form. EarZings recommends you insure your return package and that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and provide proof-of-delivery. Please ship returns to:

EarZings are proudly made in the USA and inspected for quality to ensure that products are defect-free. However, to ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your EarZings shipment as soon as it arrives for any defects or shipping errors.
Should an EarZings shipment be refused, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
